Returns & Refunds:

Due to our certified SQF practices, FSMA regulations, along with the nature and shelf-life of our consumable products such as coffee, cocoa, and tea we cannot accept returns-even if the returned packages were to appear to be new or unopened. The reason is simple: We remain diligent to providing you the safest and highest quality products available in the market. While we make every effort to give you as many product variations as possible, Edw. Apffel Co. is not responsible for sending replacement orders for those made in error. Please be careful when selecting our products as our coffee comes in both whole bean and ground. For example, if a customer orders a 2lbs of whole bean coffee and needed a ground product, Edw. Apffel Co. will not exchange if order has been shipped. If you contact our facility (either by phone or email) prior to processing and packaging, we will make every effort to adjust the order as necessary. If the order ships exactly as entered the sale is final. If Edw. Apffel Co. is in error and incorrectly fills an order, we will either (on your request) credit your account, or send the proper item at no shipping charge to you and a call tag will be issued for incorrect item to returned to our facility. Will Call Orders

When purchasing from Edw. Apffel Co. online you can choose the will call option and pick up your product at our warehouse at 12115 Pacific Street, Santa Fe Springs, Ca, 90670 and start enjoying your delicious cup sooner. Place your order and select the "Will Call" option. Please note in the comment section when you would like to pick up your product. Edw. Apffel Co. is open from Monday - Friday 6am-3pm. We do observe most major holidays. Please, contact us at 562-309-0400 or, if you have any questions. Please pull into the first parking lot on your left at Norwalk and Pacific where the green gate is and press the call button to be let into our warehouse area. You will need to walk into the staircase between the docks to pick up the order. When you arrive please have your order number, and ID ready to show as proof of purchase. You will be asked to sign a copy of your invoice but do note that any prices shown are just to show what was paid and nothing is due as you have to pre-paid your order. If anything is incorrect please to let our helpful warehouse staff know right away and we will work with you to meet your satisfaction.
